Cancellation Policy
Important conditions applicable when cancelling a confirmed order.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges will be collected if a confirmed order is cancelled after processing has started.
Refund After Processing
If a confirmed order is cancelled after processing, only 85% of the paid amount will be refunded, subject to the applicable cancellation charges.
Delivery Charges
In case of cancellation, the customer is responsible for the applicable delivery charges incurred in connection with the order.
Delivery-related charges are not refundable in case of cancellation.
Cancellation Fee
A 4% cancellation fee is applicable on orders that are being processed and subsequently cancelled.
No Cancellation After Dispatch
Due to the nature of the product, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation and refund requests cannot be entertained.
Refund Policy
Our refund process is designed to make eligible refunds simple and convenient.
Wallet-Based Refunds
We will try our best to create a suitable crackers shopping experience for our customers.
All eligible refunds are made through the customer wallet only. Customers can submit a wallet withdrawal request to transfer the available refund amount to their bank account.
Once a wallet withdrawal request is submitted, the eligible amount will be credited to the customer's bank account within 5 to 7 working days, subject to applicable banking and processing timelines.

- Delivery charges are borne by the customer in case of cancellation.
